Brain Wave Frequencies

I’ve been learning more about Theta and Alpha sounds in meditation’s power to improve your mindset, and health, and increase your vibration levels.

You can use the powerful healing of Theta sound waves during meditation or sleep. Theta sounds have a vibration of 4-7 Hz helping to relax your body and mind.
Theta brainwaves occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. When listening to Theta sounds our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within.

To reduce stress Alpha wave noises can be used, also to diminish anxiety states, and provide a strong state of relaxation.

Alpha brainwaves occur during quietly flowing thoughts, but not quite a meditation. During quietly flowing thoughts Alpha brainwaves are dominant and in some meditative states. Alpha is ‘the power of now,’ being here, in the present. The resting state of the brain is Alpha. You can use Alpha waves for overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, mind/body integration and learning

Did You Know Sound is one of the Most Powerful Tools For Healing in Existence?

Four important sounds waves

  • Delta Wave – (0.1 – 3 Hz) State of sleep,
  • Theta wave – (4 – 7 Hz) Dreamy state
  • Alpha Wave – (8 – 15 Hz) Restful,
  • Beta Wave – (16 – 31 Hz) Waking

The Alpha sound waves are a fast-beating frequency, and Theta sounds are slower and operate on a lower frequency.
