Will you prepare yourself to achieve the impossible?
If you keep thinking the same thoughts, keep demonstrating the same behaviours, keep living by the same emotions, your personal reality is going to stay exactly the same.
But if you have new thoughts that lead to new choices that demonstrate new actions that create new experiences that cause you to feel differently, you will begin to walk into a new future.
How many people will understand this?
If you are thinking the same thoughts, the same thoughts always lead to the same choices, the same choices lead to the same behaviours, the same behaviours lead to the same experiences, and the same experiences produce the same feelings, and you are now caught in your old self.
However, new thoughts should lead to new choices and new choices should lead to new behaviours, new behaviours should create new experiences and new experiences should create new emotions, and that should inspire your #TotalLifechange or personal revolution.
Your personality creates your personal reality, and your personality is made up of how you think, how you act and how you feel. We could say that your personality is your state of being, so most people try to create a new personal reality as the same personality, and it doesn’t work; you literally have to become someone else.
Old Self to the New Self
So, striving for your transformation, going from the old self to the new self, requires you stepping into the unknown, and if you are now in the unknown and you feel uncomfortable because you are leaving guilt behind, you leave unworthiness behind. You see, the biggest problem with most people is that they want to create wealth, but they feel a lack. They want a new life, but they feel unworthy.
That’s mind and body in opposition. Research shows that you can teach people how to recondition their mind to a new body, a new vibration and when that happens, they begin to create very powerful changes in their life.
It starts with reprogramming your mind. Removing the negative low vibrational thoughts and emotions, guilt, shame, unworthiness and replacing those with your new vision, new thoughts and more positive statements about your personal reality. Moving to higher vibrations of courage, willingness, reason, love, joy and peace.

People and cultures are defined by the environment in which they live, the environment in which they work, and the environment of the family.
Your environment is made up of just a few things: people, objects, things, places, time, pets, and that’s pretty much your environment.
We are all in a changing world, and the world is changing faster than most people can keep up. If you stay defined by a memory of the past, you will not keep up with the changing world, you will live in the past and present and will forgo your dreams, your passions and visions for the future.
What is the answer?
Transformation requires a clear intention, a sense of purpose, and an elevated emotional vibration.
When you combine a clear intention like a vision for the future, along with an elevated emotion of inspiration and joy, you will become an empowered individual willing to move towards your future vision even though you have no idea how you will get there.
But here’s the problem.
Those who are waiting for wealth to show up to feel abundant are in the past. The person who is waiting for success to feel empowered is in their past. The person who is waiting for the healing to feel wholeness is in their past. The person who is waiting for the riches to come to feel gratitude is in their past.
To put this another way, for a transformation, you have to feel empowered in order for your success to show up. You have to feel abundant for your wealth to find you. You have to be grateful to create the life that you want.
If you can teach your body emotionally what that future could feel like before you experience it in reality, you will start on the path to your transformation sooner.. Most people wait for something outside of them to change how they feel inside of them. When something outside of them changes how they feel inside of them, they pay attention to whoever or whatever caused that, and they create a memory; that’s the old model of reality of “cause and effect”. Waiting for something outside of you to take your pain away inside of you.
The new model of reality is about “causing an effect”, which means you have to feel the gratitude every day for your new experience to happen.
You can’t wait for your success to feel empowered.
You have to be in power to create success.
When you discover the information about the vibrational energy and you take action to raise your “vibrational energy” and find a new state of mind and body, you can begin to create the life that you really want. Here are a few suggestions.
Mind and Body Practices:

Gratitude: Focus on what you are thankful for. Keeping a gratitude journal, where you write down a few things you appreciate each day, can shift your perspective from lack to abundance. This practice is widely supported by psychology for its positive impact on happiness.

Meditation and Mindfulness: Spending time in quiet reflection can help calm a busy mind, reduce stress, and allow you to connect with a sense of inner peace. This practice is scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, which can be thought of as low-vibration states.

Positive Affirmations: Consciously use positive self-talk and affirmations. Repeating phrases like “I am worthy” or “I am attracting abundance” can help retrain your subconscious mind and lead to a more optimistic outlook.

Movement: Engage in physical activities that you enjoy, such as dancing, yoga, walking in nature, or any form of exercise. Moving your body helps release feel-good hormones like endorphins and can help clear stagnant energy.

Laughter: Seek out opportunities to laugh. Watch a funny movie, spend time with people who make you smile, or simply find the humor in everyday situations. Laughter is a powerful way to instantly lift your mood.

Acts of Kindness: Perform random acts of kindness for others. Giving to others, whether it’s a compliment, a helping hand, or volunteering your time, creates a positive ripple effect that uplifts both you and the recipient.
Lifestyle and Environment:

Connect with Nature: Spend time outdoors. Whether it’s a walk in the park, sitting by a lake, or simply feeling the sun on your skin, being in nature is often seen as a way to connect with pure, high-vibrational energy.

Eat High-Vibrational Foods: Pay attention to your diet. Many people who follow this philosophy believe that fresh, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains have higher energy than processed or junk foods.

Listen to Uplifting Music: Choose music that makes you feel happy, inspired, or peaceful. The right music can be a powerful tool to shift your emotional state.

Declutter Your Space: A clean and organised living space can help promote a clear and calm mind. Clearing out physical clutter can symbolically help you clear out mental and emotional clutter.

Surround Yourself with Positive People: The people you spend time with have a significant impact on your energy. Seek out relationships that are supportive, inspiring, and uplifting.
